I don't want my item anymore?
We want every single one of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. Not satisfied? – Please contact us directly at email@example.com or through the contact us section. Give us a brief description and we’ll work with you to return the item and issue a refund.
We just ask that all items be returned within 1 month of purchase, in the same condition it arrived.
My item is faulty?
Firstly we apologise profusely! Please contact us through the contact us section or direct to our email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your problem, we’ll arrange putting the issue right.
I bought an item for Christmas but the recipient doesn't want it?
We’re sorry to hear that they’re not happy with their present :(!
However, we understand that from time to time this does happen. We therefore extend our allowed returns time for any item purchased in December to be returned in the month of January the following year.
